A "Shark Walk" is meeting you have on the phone will walking. We call this tool “Shark Walk” because some shark species have to keep moving or they drown. So the key is to do this while you are moving.
You can’t be at your desk all day, but you still have to connect, talk, and get work done. To do this and not burn out, consider taking a Shark Walk.
(By the way, we learned that a group of sharks is called a “shiver”. This is not essential information but it seems cool to know.)
